Data Deletion Policy

What can be deleted

Depending on permissions and system state, users may request deletion of account-related information, household records, profiles, items, tasks, calendar sources, calendar import records, display devices, billing entitlement references, and other personal or household information associated with the service.

Authority, verification, and timing

Some requests may require confirmation from the household owner or account owner. We may verify identity, account ownership, household ownership, or authority before completing a deletion request.

We will process deletion requests within a reasonable period and in accordance with applicable law.

Backups, logs, and billing records

Deleted information may remain in backups, logs, archives, security records, billing records, tax records, or accounting records for a limited period where required by law, security, dispute resolution, or legitimate business needs.
