HomeCircles may collect account information such as name, display name, email address, authentication provider user ID, login/session information, and subscription or entitlement status.

HomeCircles may store household and profile information such as household names, descriptions, member names, roles, profile emails, calendar emails, PIN hash metadata, task information, item titles, descriptions, board-safe titles, calendar source references, display device identifiers, and approval information.

HomeCircles may process calendar information such as source names, calendar identifiers, iCal URLs, event titles, descriptions, start/end times, sensitivity settings, and visibility rules.

Use, sharing, and retention

We use information to provide and secure the service, authenticate users, manage households and profiles, enforce permissions and billing limits, support calendar imports and display views, provide support, and improve HomeCircles.

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers, legal authorities when required, successors in a business transaction, and household members according to roles and visibility settings.

We retain information as needed to provide the service, comply with law, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain security, and support legitimate business needs.

Children and family data

HomeCircles is designed for household use and may contain information about children or dependents. Parents, guardians, and household owners are responsible for deciding what information to enter and who should have access.

Child or dependent profiles should be created and managed by authorized adults.
