License terms for the HomeCircles mobile application and related downloadable software.
License
Subject to the EULA and Terms of Service, WADE ENTERPRISES INC. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the HomeCircles app on devices you own or control for lawful household coordination.
Restrictions
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, reverse engineer, circumvent security controls, or use the app to access data without authorization, except where applicable law gives you rights that cannot be waived.
Ownership, updates, and third-party services
The app, software, design, code, trademarks, and related intellectual property are owned by WADE ENTERPRISES INC. or its licensors. We may provide updates, patches, or new versions, and some updates may be required for continued use.
The app may use third-party services such as app stores, identity providers, payment processors, hosting providers, and calendar providers. Those services may have separate terms and privacy policies.
