Acceptance and eligibility

By accessing or using HomeCircles, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use HomeCircles.

You must be able to form a legally binding agreement to use HomeCircles. Children may not create independent accounts unless permitted by applicable law and authorized by a parent or legal guardian.

Households, roles, and content

HomeCircles helps households coordinate profiles, tasks, items, approvals, display views, calendar sources, and related household information.

You are responsible for household data you enter and for assigning roles and permissions appropriately. You represent that you have the right to submit information about household members, children, calendars, schedules, tasks, and items.

Acceptable use and subscriptions

You may not use HomeCircles unlawfully, access data without permission, interfere with security or availability, upload harmful content, harass or harm others, or circumvent authentication, permissions, billing limits, or technical controls.

Some features may require a paid subscription. Billing, cancellation, refunds, plan limits, and entitlements are governed by checkout terms and the Subscription, Cancellation, and Refund Policy.
